Creative Deal Consulting

I help creative companies win more deals by helping craft stronger proposals that win more jobs at higher budgets.

You didn't start your creative business because you enjoyed negotiations and proposals.

You started your company because you love doing incredible creative work.

Yet many of us spend most of our time dealing with proposals and selling new clients than actually doing the fun creative work.

No one trained us on sales and proposals in design school. Instead, we are left to figure it out on our own.

This is where I come in.

My name is Jake Jorgovan and I help creative entrepreneurs win more deals by crafting strong proposals that win more jobs at higher budgets.

  • I have closed over $1M in revenue for sales of creative work to a variety of small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

  • I have sold for creative agencies and software development shops, and I have consulted with freelance designers and developers.

I will work with you to structure your deal properly, craft a compelling proposal, and ultimately make you more money.

How I help you make more money

1) Creative Deal Consulting - I analyze your relationship with your client and their project requests. Then, I guide you through converting them into a winning sale.

2) Proposal Writing - I write the proposals for you to ensure that they are written strongly and are focused on the specific client.

Why you should bring me in to help on your next big deal

In previous consulting arrangements, I have helped companies win contracts while charging up to 35% higher rates than they had initially planned.

My consulting will help you make sure that the proposal is done right, that the scope is clear, and that you are paid what you are worth.

I have spent a majority of my career studying and perfecting the art of selling creative work.

I enjoy this stuff!

Let me do this hard work for you and it will save you time and make you more money.

How does it work?

I work on a per project basis and take a 7.5% share of the revenue generated from the project.

If you don't win the job, then I don't get paid. It's as simple as that.

And when you do win the job at a higher rate than you originally planned, we both win!
