Choose your clients wisely
Early on in the business I had the honor of sitting down with George Flanigen of Deaton-Flanigen productions and pick his brain as to how he got his company started. He passed on a few words of wisdom that really stuck with me. One of the biggest things I learned from George was how to pick the jobs and clients that you take on. He boiled it down to three simple questions which became a guiding light for Rabbit Hole.
Will we learn something from this job and improve our portfolio?
Will this job lead to other larger opportunities?
Will we make money on this job?
By following these three questions we were able to strategically take on work that helped advance our company with every job that we did.
