Sometimes in business, we find ourselves diving into long hours on work that isn't really getting us anywhere. We are working hours on end, just to make ourselves feel like we are accomplishing something, when the truth is that we are occupying ourselves with busy work so we can feel productive. Take a step back, look at how you spend your time and figure out if that is the work you really need to be doing. Can you delegate that to someone else? Outsource it to a contractor? Is it even necessary work in the first place?
Figure out the things that only you can do, and spend as much time as you can doing them.
