TikTok Shop Agencies: 25 Firms Compared

By , a partner in Fieldtrip, the agency group that includes inBeat, one of the 25 firms below

Published Updated 20 min read

TikTok Shop puts a store inside the app. People buy from short videos, from live streams and from a Shop tab, and creators can earn a commission by promoting a seller's products. Running it well means keeping listings and stock in order, recruiting and briefing affiliates, staffing live sessions and buying Shop ads, often all at once. An agency can run some or all of that work.

This guide compares 25 agencies that offer TikTok Shop services. It groups them by the kind of firm they are, shows the proof each publishes and explains what to agree before you hand over your shop.

Compare TikTok Shop agencies by type of firm

Each firm's own pages describe a TikTok Shop service or show a TikTok Shop case, and name or describe at least one client, case or result, which may come from another channel. The firms are not ranked, and other agencies also run TikTok Shops.

Many of these firms call themselves official, accredited or certified TikTok Shop partners. Those are their own descriptions; ask what the status covers and since when. Two firms publish package prices: in October 2026 TikTok Shop Services listed management from $1,200 a month with ad spend separate, and Market Rocket listed TikTok packages from £1,000 for 15 hours of work. The Good Marketer's TikTok advertising packages start at £845 a month plus VAT for 13 hours, on a six-month term; confirm whether TikTok Shop work is included. OC Digital advertises free setup for a limited time, without stating conditions or an ongoing fee. The remaining firms publish no agency fee on the pages read.

25 TikTok Shop agencies, grouped by type and A to Z within each group, as their own pages described them on October 7, 2026. Results and client names are the firms' own claims; they cover different periods and measures and are not a ranking. "Not stated" means not published on the pages read.

Four agencies were checked and left out. Smoking Gun's pages read mention TikTok Shop but show no TikTok Shop service or case. Thundrr's TikTok Shop page is for the creators it manages, and Welcome's site showed a holding page. We The People's TikTok Shop page says TikTok Shop is "coming soon" to Australia and New Zealand and shows no TikTok Shop work. Envision Horizons and Boomd could not be assessed: their TikTok Shop pages timed out or blocked automated access. Envision's homepage names TikTok Shop among the channels it serves, and Boomd's describes Amazon work.

Potential fit
A consumer brand that wants one team to run affiliates, live and GMV Max together

TikTok Shop Insiders describes two client results without naming the brands: a fragrance brand that went from $5K to more than $150K a month, and a wellness device that went from nothing to more than $100K a month. Neither is dated. Its homepage shows SNIF, MUTE, TRUFF, JAXXON and GOPURE as brands it works with.

The method it describes is specific: wide creator outreach, tiered commissions tested until creators post, a private Discord group for the affiliates who convert, listings rewritten for TikTok search, and GMV Max ads behind proven videos. One team covers affiliates, content, live, ads and weekly reporting. It also runs a podcast on TikTok Shop.

How affiliates, live selling and Shop ads fit together

TikTok's announcement of TikTok Shop in the US (opens in a new tab), in September 2023, set out the parts an agency runs: shoppable videos and lives in the feed, a product showcase on the brand's profile, a Shop tab and Shop ads. Its affiliate program lets creators promote products for a commission, with the seller choosing the affiliate plan. TikTok also offered its own fulfillment service and connections to platforms such as Shopify.

Several agencies above describe a similar affiliate loop: send samples widely, find the creators whose videos sell, give them better briefs and higher commission tiers, then put ad money behind the videos that already convert. FordeBaker's page says affiliates are "paid on sales". TikTok Shop Insiders pulls its best-converting affiliates into a private Discord group, Blue Wheel built a Discord community of about 400 creators for Groupe SEB, and that case adds pricing, commission structures and stock of hero products to the agency's work.

That loop has costs a brand carries whatever the agency charges: samples and shipping, affiliate commissions, any fixed fees for paid creator videos, and the ad budget. Ask each agency to show them in its plan, beside its own fee.

How to choose and pay a TikTok Shop agency

The commission model raises a fair question: should the agency's fee follow sales too? In 2020 I described moving some of my companies' work to performance deals, paid on a share of closed deals or revenue. I was selective about it: "I knew the person I was getting into business with. I knew the offer. I knew there was a very high likelihood of success." The first of those deals paid off significantly better than a cash fee would have, and most of our deals stayed on cash-paid services.

Seen from the brand's side, that is the trade. An agency that asks for a share of GMV expects your product to sell, and if it does, the share can cost more than a fixed fee for the same work. Ask for both prices, define which sales count, and cap any share. For a launch, a fixed fee for set work with a bonus tied to results you agree in advance is easier to judge.

  1. Decide what you are handing over

Write down which parts of the shop the agency will run: listings and stock, affiliates, live sessions, Shop ads, customer service, reporting. A creator agency and a marketplace agency will scope the same shop differently, so compare proposals against one list.

  2. Ask for a TikTok Shop case like yours

Ask for a named case in your category with its period, starting GMV and what the agency did. A result from TikTok ads, Amazon or a different category shows something, but not how the firm runs a shop like yours.

  3. Agree the money in writing

Separate the agency's fee from the costs it will spend on your behalf: samples, affiliate commissions, paid creator fees and ad budget. Agree whether any fee is a share of GMV, whether it applies to total or new sales, how refunds and cancellations are deducted, who owns the shop, the creator list and the content, and how either side can end the contract.

  • Which parts of our TikTok Shop will you run, and which stay with us?
  • Can you show a TikTok Shop case in our category, with the period and the starting point?
  • What does your TikTok Shop partner status give us in practice?
  • How do you recruit, brief and pay affiliates, and who funds samples and commissions?
  • Who staffs and hosts our live sessions?
  • Is any part of your fee tied to GMV, and how will GMV be measured and reported?
  • Who owns the shop account, the affiliate relationships and the content if we part ways?
  • Can we speak with a current TikTok Shop client of a similar size, and meet the person who will run our account?

If the larger decision is about TikTok marketing beyond the shop, compare TikTok marketing agencies. For creator content on its own, see UGC agencies.
