NetSuite Recruiters and Staffing Agencies: 10 Firms Compared

By

Published Updated 12 min read

NetSuite runs the parts of a business a finance team cannot afford to get wrong: the ledger, billing, inventory and the month-end close. When the person who looks after it leaves, or an implementation needs more hands, the gap shows up quickly in reports nobody trusts and workarounds that pile up. Good NetSuite administrators, developers and consultants are hard to judge from a CV, so many companies bring in a recruiter or staffing firm that knows the system.

This guide compares ten firms that fill NetSuite roles. It separates NetSuite and finance-systems specialist recruiters, broader recruiters with a NetSuite service, and NetSuite partners offering staffing and project delivery. It shows the evidence and terms each publishes and lists what to settle before you sign.

DisclosureJake Jorgovan co-founded Alpha Apex Group, one of the ten firms in this list.

Compare NetSuite recruiters and staffing firms

Each firm below shows a NetSuite recruiting or staffing service on its own site: a dedicated NetSuite page, a NetSuite practice, or NetSuite named on its ERP recruiting page. The list has no ranking and does not cover the whole market.

If what you need is a firm to implement or rescue NetSuite, rather than people to join your team, compare ERP implementation consultants instead.

Ten NetSuite recruiters and staffing firms, grouped by specialism and service and A to Z within each group, as their own pages described them on October 7, 2026. The figures and client names come from the firms themselves; "Not stated" marks anything those pages did not publish.

NetSuite and finance-systems specialist recruiters

4 of 10 firms

These firms recruit mainly for NetSuite, ERP or finance-systems roles and fill both permanent and contract positions. SuiteSource calls NetSuite its specialty; the other three also name neighboring systems.

On GlobalCity's homepage (opens in a new tab), a testimonial credited to a Trustpilot user says the founder, Dan Munn, has been their "main go to as a client and as candidate" for 15 years as a NetSuite professional. Another testimonial, from a practice director for APAC and EMEA, calls GlobalCity a "preferred supplier for Oracle resources".

GlobalCity was established in 2010 and recruits for NetSuite and Oracle Cloud programs; its about page says those two teams have grown fastest. Open roles on its homepage when it was read included a contract senior NetSuite functional consultant for a greenfield implementation.

Potential fit
A UK NetSuite administrator, developer, analyst or consultant, permanent or contract

IT Works' NetSuite page shows counters of 8,309 positions filled and 97% of contracts extended, without saying whether they cover NetSuite roles or the whole firm. The only case study its pages link to is an Epicor project, and no NetSuite client is named on the pages read.

The firm describes itself as a specialist ERP and HRIS recruiter established in 2004. Its NetSuite page covers administrators, developers, engineers, analysts, consultants and managers, offers permanent and contract hires, and names industries including retail, e-commerce, services and automotive.

do the 8,309 positions and 97% contract extensions include NetSuite roles, and can we speak to a NetSuite client?

no upfront payment; invoiced from the candidate's start date, payable in 15 to 30 days; no charge if the candidate turns down the offer

The FAQ (opens in a new tab) was last updated in May 2022 and was still live in October 2026. It says the invoice is sent on the candidate's start date, with payment due in 15 to 30 days under the signed placement service agreement. If a candidate turns down the offer, it suggests new candidates without charge, and it offers "90 days replacement after hire" if you are not happy with the person. It aims to send at least three candidate profiles within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the requirement, depending on that requirement.

Founded in 2020 with what it calls a singular focus on NetSuite roles, SuiteSource now describes itself as an international ERP recruiter whose specialty is NetSuite, filling contract and permanent positions. Its recruiters receive NetSuite training, including from NetSuite Alliance Partners. The pages read name no client and publish no testimonial or case.

SystemsAccountants' MeUndies case, published in 2023, describes a search after the company implemented NetSuite, for someone to document requirements and translate them into IT solutions. SystemsAccountants says it sent three shortlisted candidates within 24 hours of accepting the brief, and the hire was onboarded within a week.

On its homepage (opens in a new tab), Peter Waller of Softcat calls SystemsAccountants "an instrumental partner for Softcat in connection to our NetSuite ERP implementation". Vital Farms' director of digital integration says it "takes the work out of finding a NetSuite resource quickly", and an Austrian scale-up describes an interim accounts payable NetSuite accountant who helped clear a considerable backlog. A 2024 case (opens in a new tab) describes ACUE, which came to the firm on another CFO client's recommendation for help with Salesforce integrations after its NetSuite implementation.

Its NetSuite page offers on-demand contractors, permanent hires, fixed-term staff augmentation, independent consultants and "administration as a service". It also says 95% of new customers are referrals, without saying whether that covers the NetSuite practice or the whole firm.

Recruiters and staffing firms with a NetSuite service

Potential fit
NetSuite hiring through a firm that also runs leadership searches and recruits other executive roles

Alpha Apex Group's NetSuite page reported 2,000+ placements worldwide and a 43-day average time to fill full-time hires in October 2026. The same page promises new candidates in the hiring manager's inbox within 72 hours but does not say when that clock starts or which searches it covers. The page does not identify these as NetSuite measures and names no NetSuite client or case; its "Trusted by the best" logo strip, which includes AWS, Meta and Siemens, is not tied to NetSuite work.

The page describes searches for NetSuite professionals and for leaders "to guide your organization's NetSuite strategy", matching on module knowledge, industry experience and fit. It also offers talent mapping and consulting on building a NetSuite team.

Potential fit
US NetSuite consultants, administrators, developers or project managers for short or long-term roles

NewConfig's published client testimonials (opens in a new tab) are firm-wide. Stacey Fedorka, CIO at Exactech, describes it as a "go-to" talent acquisition partner over a three-year period, and The Davey Tree Expert Company describes SAP hires since 2014. None of the named testimonials mentions NetSuite, so ask for NetSuite references.

The firm is based in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and says its recruiters include former developers and programmers who know NetSuite. Its NetSuite page covers consultants, project managers, administrators and developers for short and long-term positions, and it offers a free quote before a search starts. Its founder was an SAP consultant, and the firm now staffs executive, finance, legal and sales roles as well as IT.

On R2 Global's ERP recruitment page, Dynatrace's director of business applications says R2 helped add 30+ team members, "from BSAs to Director level", across ServiceNow, Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, HCM and CLM. The testimonial does not say how many were NetSuite hires. The same page shows Murray's Cheese and Sol de Janeiro logos without describing the work.

R2 names NetSuite, Acumatica and Sage 100 as the ERP platforms it supports, for internal ERP teams, value-added resellers and software vendors. Its homepage describes it as a technology recruiter and an official recruitment partner to Workday.

VALiNTRY's NetSuite page, read in October 2026, is about accounting staff who work in NetSuite. It says it delivers pre-qualified candidates "usually in 48 hours or less" after you approve the search, and it fills both permanent W-2 roles and temporary cover, such as busy tax periods.

The firm recruits for direct hire on a contingency basis, trial-to-hire, contract and staff augmentation in technology, finance and accounting. Its client testimonials identify the speakers only by role and initials, and none is specific to NetSuite.

NetSuite partners offering staffing and project delivery

Potential fit
NetSuite consultants from a NetSuite Alliance Partner's own team, scaled up or down with the work

Circular Edge reports supporting 300+ ERP customers worldwide for more than 22 years, a figure for all its ERP work. The client testimonials on its NetSuite staffing page come from companies such as Denver Water and Lutron Electronics, and the ones that name a system describe JD Edwards work. Denver Water's IT manager says it could "scale up and scale down as necessary while only charging us for the time we use".

As a NetSuite Alliance Partner, Circular Edge offers its own pool of functional and technical consultants for implementation, customization, integration, migration and support, on-site, off-site or hybrid. It also takes on recovery of failed or incomplete NetSuite implementations and offers a free 30-minute advisory call.

Potential fit
Permanent, contract or interim NetSuite hires from a recruiter that also delivers NetSuite projects
Where it works
US, EMEA and APAC (its NetSuite page)

Tenth Revolution Group's NetSuite page reports 1,000+ NetSuite implementations, 1,500+ projects and optimizations and a network of 55,000 NetSuite professionals, without saying over what period or how many were its own projects. It names no client or case. Anderson Frank, the group's NetSuite recruitment brand, whose site redirects here, says it has helped businesses hire NetSuite administrators, developers, consultants and architects since 2016.

The group is a NetSuite Alliance Partner offering implementation, optimization and managed services alongside hiring. For talent it lists permanent placement, contract and interim professionals for project surges or backfill, team builds and salary benchmarking. Its permanent hiring page (opens in a new tab), read in October 2026, promises a shortlist of three to five candidates and 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins after placement; its contract page (opens in a new tab) promises a shortlist within 48 hours across all its technology areas. Projects run on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis.

Hire a NetSuite employee, a contractor or a partner's consultant?

NetSuite work comes in two kinds. Some of it never stops: user access, saved searches, month-end support, small fixes. The rest arrives in bursts: an implementation, a new subsidiary, a module rollout or an integration.

In one of my companies, two rounds of layoffs led us to a different staffing structure: a full-time core plus an hourly flex team. It was designed so that a drop in revenue could be absorbed by ramping down hourly work instead of laying people off. I talked through how it works on a May 2025 episode of the productize.co podcast (opens in a new tab).

I'd apply the same thinking to a NetSuite team, where it is the workload rather than revenue that rises and falls. Hire permanently for the steady work, usually an administrator or a finance-systems manager who will own the system. Cover the bursts with contractors from a recruiter, or with consultants from a NetSuite partner if you also want delivery accountability. Either way, settle who directs the person day to day and who answers for the result before anyone starts. For a broader comparison, see in-house hiring or staff augmentation.

What to settle before you sign

  1. Write down what the person must own

Name the modules and processes in scope (financials, order-to-cash, inventory, SuiteScript, integrations), who the person reports to and what success looks like at 90 days. A NetSuite administrator who supports the finance team is a different search from a developer who writes SuiteScript. If the role is mainly accounting with NetSuite as the tool, accounting and finance recruiters may also fit.

  2. Ask for NetSuite references

Placement counts and client logos often describe the whole firm. Ask for two or three references from NetSuite hires at your level, and for the names of the recruiters who will run your search.

  3. Agree the terms in writing

Compare proposals on the same points: the fee basis and when it is due, what happens if the person leaves early, and whether a quoted timeline ends at a shortlist or a start date. For a contractor, also agree who employs them and how the hourly rate is billed.

  • Which NetSuite roles like ours have you filled in the past two years, and can we speak to one of those clients?
  • Is the fee a percentage of salary, a flat fee or an hourly margin, and when is it due?
  • What happens if the hire leaves or does not work out in the first months: a replacement, a refund or nothing?
  • When you quote a timeline, is the end point a shortlist, an accepted offer or the first day at work?
  • For a contractor: who employs them, how are hours approved, and can we hire them permanently later?
  • How do you test NetSuite skills before you send a candidate?

How this list was made

Each firm's own NetSuite, service, client, case and FAQ pages were read on October 7, 2026. A firm is listed where its site shows a NetSuite recruiting or staffing service, and grouped by specialism and service. Figures, client names and terms are the firms' own published claims; fees appear only where a firm publishes them.
