Salesforce Recruiters and Staffing Agencies: 11 Firms Compared

Published Updated 13 min read
Salesforce can hold a company's pipeline, its customer service records and the reports leadership relies on. The people who run it do very different jobs: an administrator configures the system and supports users, a developer writes code, a consultant redesigns processes, and an architect decides how the whole platform fits together. A recruiter who knows the platform can tell those profiles apart, reach people who are not applying for jobs and test what candidates have actually built.
This guide compares eleven Salesforce recruiters and staffing agencies. It groups them by the kind of firm they are, shows the evidence and terms each publishes, and ends with what to settle before you sign.
DisclosureJake Jorgovan co-founded Alpha Apex Group, one of the eleven firms in this list.
Compare Salesforce recruiters at a glance
Every firm here offers recruiting or staffing for Salesforce roles on its own site. The list is ordered by group and then alphabetically, and it is a selection: other firms also recruit for Salesforce roles.
Fees are rarely published. KORE1 gives contract rate ranges and says direct-hire fees are a percentage of first-year pay. Third Republic's permanent hiring page lists a success fee, and VALiNTRY describes its direct hire as contingent search. SF Recruiters states a replacement term, and Third Republic offers one to Salesforce partners in its TalentConnect program. No firm publishes a fee percentage on the pages read. For how retained and contingency fees usually work, see what executive search firms charge.

Salesforce specialist recruiters
4 of 11 firmsThese firms present Salesforce recruiting as their specialty. Tech2 also lists sales and marketing staffing, and Third Republic's permanent hiring page also mentions engineering hires. They suit a team that wants recruiters who know the platform's certifications and clouds, whether the employer is a Salesforce customer or a consulting partner.
HireForce
Back to the comparisonHireForce website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- A Salesforce customer, implementation partner or product company that wants a Salesforce-only recruiter based in the US
- Where it works
- San Francisco address; it describes its clients as global
HireForce says it recruits exclusively within the Salesforce ecosystem and that its recruiters are Salesforce certified. Rachel Saks founded it at Dreamforce in 2014, and its community page describes it as 100% woman-owned.
Its area of focus page (opens in a new tab) says it fills contract and permanent roles, and describes its clients as Salesforce customers, implementation partners and Salesforce product companies. The roles it lists run to technical architects and professional services management. The pages read name no client, placement or case study, so ask for references from searches like yours.
Steadman Brown
Back to the comparisonSteadman Brown website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- A UK or European employer filling contract or permanent Salesforce roles
- Where it works
- the UK and Europe; it says it has also placed people in the USA and South Africa
Steadman Brown's homepage reports 500+ candidates recruited into Salesforce roles in the UK and Europe and 200+ client companies; its clients page (opens in a new tab) puts the client count at over 250. The firm says over 85% of its clients use it exclusively. Its clients page, read in October 2026, reports an average of less than 9 days to "fill" a Salesforce job, without defining that endpoint, and separately an average of 15 days from advertising a role to making an offer.
Founded in 2017, the firm says it handles only Salesforce roles, contract and permanent, and says its whole team is Salesforce certified. When a new role arrives, its recruiters, each focused on particular Salesforce skills, work on it together, with one contact for the client.

Tech2 Resources
Back to the comparisonTech2 Resources website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- A US company hiring Salesforce admins, developers, business analysts or architects, on contract or direct hire
- Evidence
- case studies with named clients (opens in a new tab)
Tech2's case studies describe Hearst Magazines, which had looked for a Salesforce developer for six months. Tech2 concluded that the job needed an advanced administrator with some development skills, found three qualified candidates within a few weeks, and the search ended in a placement. Another case says IRI hired a contract developer within three days for its move from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, and others describe hires for SchoolMint and Singletrack. The case page was published in 2023 and the cases are undated.
Its testimonials page (opens in a new tab) adds named clients. Lucidworks' director of sales operations says Tech2 supplied three or four solid candidates for a hybrid admin and developer role and the company hired one of them. Esri, Easter Seals and Argyle Executive Forum are among the others.
Tech2 says it has led Salesforce recruitment and staffing since 2010 and specializes exclusively in the Salesforce ecosystem, although its site also lists sales and marketing staffing. Its six-step process includes presenting three or four candidates for each role.
Third Republic
Back to the comparisonThird Republic website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- Contract specialists or a Salesforce partner's delivery team, including nearshore and offshore resources
- Evidence
- its Salesforce contract page (opens in a new tab)
- Published pricing
- replacement at no additional cost if a permanent hire does not meet expectations in the first 90 days (its TalentConnect program for Salesforce partners)
Deloitte Digital, IBM and Cognizant use Third Republic's contractors to augment their internal Salesforce teams, according to its contract page. Its permanent hiring page (opens in a new tab) carries a testimonial from Ben McCarthy, co-founder of Salesforce Ben, who calls the firm's Salesforce expertise "highly impressive for an agency".
The firm sources through Salesforce Republic, a community it launched in 2018, and says 65% of the candidates it places come from it. Its contract network lists over 12,000 vetted Salesforce professionals, and its contract page, read in October 2026, says contractors can be hired in 72 hours. Its permanent hiring page reports a 90% fill rate on vacancies, without defining it. Candidates come from the US, the UK and Europe, Latin America and India. Its permanent hiring page lists contingent and volume hiring, both charged as a success fee.
The terms on its TalentConnect page (opens in a new tab) for Salesforce partners, read in October 2026, differ by role. Money-back guarantees on architects and project leads run to day 30 and on other contractors to day 20, at falling percentages, and other roles need a remediation plan after day five to qualify for credit. Within TalentConnect, a permanent hire who does not meet expectations in the first 90 days is replaced at no additional cost.
- Ask first
- do the TalentConnect guarantees apply to your contract, or only to Salesforce partners in that program?

Salesforce brands and practices within larger technology firms
3 of 11 firmsThese Salesforce brands and practices sit within businesses that serve other technology needs. Mason Frank and Next Ventures belong to recruitment businesses. SF Recruiters belongs to Mobilunity, a provider of dedicated development teams, so be clear whether you are buying recruitment or an ongoing team service.

- Potential fit
- Permanent or contract Salesforce hiring across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific through a large technology recruiter
- Where it works

Mason Frank is the Salesforce brand of Tenth Revolution Group, and masonfrank.com redirects to the group's Salesforce page. That page says the business has delivered Salesforce talent since 2010 and reports 180k+ professionals in its database, without saying whether the figure covers Salesforce alone. Across the group, its talent page (opens in a new tab) reports 150k+ placements and delivery in 40+ countries. Neither page names a Salesforce client or case.
The Salesforce page covers permanent and contract hiring for technical, functional, leadership and project roles, from administrators and business analysts to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and AI specialists. It also offers salary benchmarking.

Next Ventures says it has supported Salesforce implementation projects for over 10 years, working with Salesforce partners and enterprise clients. A third case supplied a team lead and three developers to a UK e-commerce provider from July 2018 to April 2020, and mentions development teams in Kyiv.

Alpha Apex Group
Back to the comparisonCo-founded by Jake Jorgovan, the author
Alpha Apex Group website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- Salesforce developers, architects and consultants from a firm that also runs executive search
Alpha Apex Group's Salesforce page reported firm-wide figures in October 2026: 2,000+ placements worldwide and a 43-day average time to fill full-time hires. It also says new candidates reach the hiring manager's inbox within 72 hours, without saying from which point or for which searches. The page does not identify these figures as Salesforce measures, its row of client logos is not tied to Salesforce hires, and it names no Salesforce case.
The firm recruits Salesforce developers, architects, consultants and project managers, and has a separate Salesforce architect page (opens in a new tab) for complex CRM environments. It says support continues after a hire joins. The page publishes no fee, search model or guarantee.
KORE1 website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- A US team comparing contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire costs before it commits
- Published pricing
- contract rates from $55 to $85 an hour for mid-level admins up to $110 to $200 for architects; direct-hire fee a percentage of first-year compensation, percentage not stated
KORE1's Salesforce staffing page reports 300+ Salesforce professionals placed across 12 Salesforce clouds, and says about 80% of its Salesforce placements are fully remote or hybrid. It also publishes more about price than any other firm here, quoting rough hourly contract ranges in October 2026: $55 to $85 an hour for mid-level admins, $80 to $120 for mid-level developers, $95 to $135 for senior developers and consultants, and $110 to $200 for architects. It says it presents qualified candidates in 10 business days on average, and two to four weeks for architects and CPQ specialists.
Its 92% figure for placements still in seat at 12 months is not limited to Salesforce roles on the page. KORE1 describes itself as an IT staffing agency with a deep Salesforce bench rather than a Salesforce-only firm, and the page names no Salesforce client.
NewConfig
Back to the comparisonNewConfig website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- Salesforce developers and consultants for a company that also hires for SAP, Workday or other enterprise systems
- Where it works
- offices in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
On NewConfig's homepage (opens in a new tab), Amanda McNulty, senior director at Solera, says Solera was struggling to find Salesforce developers in its area and that NewConfig found great candidates.
NewConfig says its recruiters include former developers and consultants, and that its Salesforce staffing page (opens in a new tab) process runs from defining the role through technical assessment to the offer. It offers a free quote after the first call. The firm also recruits for executive, legal, finance and other technology roles, and describes its clients as ranging from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups.
VALiNTRY
Back to the comparisonVALiNTRY website, captured October 2026.
- Potential fit
- US contract, contract-to-hire or permanent Salesforce staff where speed matters
VALiNTRY's Salesforce page, read in October 2026, says it has worked as a Salesforce staffing agency for over a decade and usually delivers candidates in 48 hours or less. It reports an 86% retention rate without saying what the rate measures. The testimonials on its clients page (opens in a new tab) are attributed only by role and initials and do not mention Salesforce.
The firm fills Salesforce admin, developer, consultant, architect, business analyst and project manager roles, on contract, contract-to-hire or permanent terms; its clients page describes direct hire as contingent search. It also recruits for IT, accounting and finance across all 50 states, using its own AI sourcing system.
Define the Salesforce job before you call a recruiter
Salesforce titles hide very different work, and a vague brief is expensive. In Tech2's Hearst case, a six-month search for a developer ended once the role was redefined as an advanced administrator with some development skills.
My rule is that you need enough grasp of a job to say what success looks like before you hire for it. For Salesforce, that means knowing which clouds you run, what is configured and what is custom code, and what the person must have delivered by the end of their first quarter. If nobody inside can answer that, a short contract with an experienced consultant or architect to review the org can be a better first hire than a permanent role.
I'm also wary of anything that depends on one person. If one administrator carries your whole Salesforce configuration in their head, the hire is a chance to get the setup documented and to decide which work needs a permanent owner and which a contractor can cover. KORE1's own advice is similar: contract for a defined project, such as a clean-up or an implementation, and direct hire for someone who will own the org for years.
What to settle before you sign
Write down the role and what success looks like
Name the clouds and integrations involved, whether the work is configuration, code or design, the certifications you need, and who the person reports to: sales operations, IT or a revenue operations leader. If the job is really a technology leadership role, compare CIO and IT executive search firms or wider technology recruiters.
Ask for evidence from searches like yours
Request references from clients who hired the same Salesforce role, at the same level, in a similar setting: a Salesforce customer or a consulting partner, one org or several. Testimonials on a firm's site show what it chose to publish; a reference call lets you ask what went wrong.
Agree the terms in writing
Compare proposals on the same points: the hourly rate or fee basis, when each payment is due, what happens if the person leaves early, who employs a contractor, and where any quoted timeline ends.
- Which Salesforce roles like ours have you filled in the past two years, and can we speak to those clients?
- How do you test hands-on skills beyond certifications?
- Who will run our search, how often will we hear from you, and what support continues after the hire starts?
- Is the fee contingent, retained or an hourly margin on a contractor, and what is the percentage or rate?
- What happens if the person leaves or does not work out in the first months: a replacement, a refund or nothing?
- Who employs a contractor, and in which country do they work?
- Does your timeline end at a shortlist, an accepted offer or a start date?

How this list was made
Each firm's own Salesforce service, client, case, testimonial and terms pages were read on October 6, 2026. A firm is listed where those pages show a recruiting or staffing service for Salesforce roles, and each entry reports the proof the firm publishes. The figures, client names and terms quoted are each firm's own published claims.
