TikTok Marketing Agencies: 23 Firms Compared

By , a partner in Fieldtrip, the agency group that includes inBeat and Creative Milkshake. Both are among the 23 firms below.

Published Updated 22 min read

Hiring a TikTok agency usually means buying one of three different services. Some brands need creators: people with their own audiences who will make and post videos about the product. Some need a team that runs the brand's own account, publishing native content and building a community. Others need someone to run paid campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager, with a steady supply of new ads made for the feed. Most of the firms below offer more than one of these, but their case studies tend to center on one.

This guide compares twenty-three agencies that run TikTok work for brands. It groups them by the service a buyer is most likely to hire them for, shows the TikTok proof each firm publishes and what it says about price, and ends with what to settle before you sign. If you mainly need short-form video produced rather than a TikTok program run, a production company may fit better: compare video production companies.

Compare TikTok agencies by the service you need

Each firm below lists a TikTok service on its own site and has at least one named TikTok client, campaign or case on its own site or TikTok's. The firms are not ranked, and many other agencies also run TikTok work. TikTok sends brands looking for an agency to its Marketing Partners site (opens in a new tab), which is also the place to check a firm's partner claim.

Twenty-three TikTok agencies, grouped by the service a buyer would most likely hire them for and A to Z within each group, as their own pages described them on October 6, 2026. Figures, client names and terms are the firms' own claims. "Not stated" means not published on the pages read.

What TikTok agencies charge

On the pages read, four of the twenty-three firms publish an agency or service price, shown in the table above, and each figure measures something different. NoGood's is an average retainer across its whole business. NeoReach's and Socially Powerful's are minimums for a campaign or project. Adacted's is a starting monthly fee. inBeat publishes guidance on ad budgets but no fee, and House of Marketers lists what drives its price without a number. None of these is a market rate, and no source read for this guide establishes one.

Budget for ad spend as its own line. TikTok's help page on daily budgets (opens in a new tab), read in October 2026, sets a floor: a campaign's daily or total budget must exceed $50, and an ad group's daily budget must exceed $20. For a lifetime budget, its example puts the minimum for an ad group scheduled for 31 days at $620. NeoReach's pricing page lists creator fees and usage rights as items scoped and shown in each proposal.

So when you compare proposals, put them on the same lines: the agency fee and what it covers, creator fees, usage rights for creator content, production, and the media budget. Then ask how long the commitment runs and what happens if the test does not work.

How to test a TikTok agency before you commit

On my podcast in 2021, I said that most companies that are successful "have one or two marketing channels that work really, really well for them". The method I described was to test a few ideas, build a system around the one that produces results and scale it until it saturates. I'd treat TikTok the same way: run it as a defined test before it becomes a standing retainer.

The agencies' own estimates give a sense of the time a test needs. inBeat says most brands need two to three months of consistent content and creator testing to find repeatable patterns, and NoGood says organic channels typically take three to six months. Agree the period, the measures and the decision you will make at the end before work starts.

Keep testing as the channel matures. In 2020 I wrote about Andrew Chen's law of shitty click-through rates: "every marketing tactic is great when it starts, but then everyone starts doing it and people become immune to the tactic." For a paid TikTok campaign, I'd also agree a creative-refresh plan with the agency, since several agencies above build regular new creative into their service. inBeat's figure of 10 to 20 new variations a month for most paid accounts is one firm's estimate, and a useful question to put to any agency. The guide to spotting user fatigue in social ads covers the signs.

  1. Name the service and the measure

Write down whether you are buying creator programs, account management, paid ads or a mix, and the one or two numbers that will decide whether TikTok stays in the plan. If you sell mainly through TikTok Shop, compare TikTok Shop agencies.

  2. Ask for TikTok results like yours, with their conditions

Request two or three TikTok cases from brands like yours, each with the period, the starting point, the budget and who did what. A hashtag's total views, a firm-wide counter or a result on another platform says little about what the agency will do for you. Be wary of a promise of quick profits that does not say how profit is measured.

  3. Settle ownership, rights and terms in writing

Agree who owns the ad account and the content, how long you can use creator videos in ads, how many new pieces of creative arrive each month, and how quickly the team responds when a campaign goes wrong. Check any partner badge a firm claims on TikTok's own partner site.

  • What does your fee cover, and what is billed on top: creator fees, usage rights, production, ad spend?
  • How much is paid up front, how long is the commitment, and how can either side end it?
  • Which TikTok cases can you share from brands like ours, with the period, the baseline and the budget?
  • Who runs the account day to day, and does the same team handle creators and paid ads?
  • How do you find and vet creators, and how do you check their audiences are real?
  • How many new creative pieces will we get each month, and who makes them?
  • Which numbers will you report, how often, and how do you attribute sales to TikTok?
  • Who owns the ad account, the content and the data when we stop working together?

How this list was made

Each firm's own TikTok service, case, client and pricing pages were read on October 6, 2026. A firm is listed when its site shows a TikTok service and at least one named TikTok client, campaign or case appears on its own site or on TikTok's. Figures, client names and terms are the firms' own published claims.
